Broad Avenue Studios was founded by Karen in 2016 in Naples, Florida. The studio was established by leveraging Karen’s extensive background in finance and luxury real estate development, which ultimately led her to interior design. Initially focused on high-end residential projects, Broad Avenue expanded into commercial projects and project management in recent years. Broad Avenue’s work has significantly enhanced its clients’ well-being and lifestyles.
The Broad Avenue team has taken numerous projects from concept through completion, ensuring each design meets the sophisticated needs of its discerning clientele. Broad Avenue’s reputation for exceptional design has also expanded its reach, with successful residential and commercial interior design projects in Naples, Palm Beach, Sarasota, Chicago, Nantucket, Washington, D.C., and Charleston.
Beyond her interior design work, Karen is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She serves as Chair of the Women’s Foundation of Collier County, where she supports initiatives that empower women and young girls and improve the quality of life for underserved populations in the region.
